Very self explanatory! But the system is in need of a update

You can be able to retreat a lot of information from this app, the only system update I advice is that as parents of more than one children we should be able to add more than one person in to the app like a family plan add type of option in the app . I have two children and I can’t have the same app running twice on the app phone to be able to have both of the app children information because is only one per app and not every body has two emails. Please advice if you have a solution or working on one.
Useful for a single person

I loaded the app hoping to have easy access to all of the app families insurance info. As far as I can tell though I only get info for myself and would need to set up separate credentials for each of the app three children (and wife) even though we are all under the same plan. On the regular website I am able to switch between family . I find this app marginally useful as a parent who is generally bringing one of the app three kids to the doctor. If I was single the app would be great - but not for a family.
Love what they’re trying to do—still glitchy

I do indeed love the interface—being able to access quite a bit about the app plan, however if I get too far into the app it never fails to crash or glitch. Frustrating. I suppose I’ll use the app PC to do it all. Just needs an update—solid start.
