- Inhuman attitude towards senior citizens by putting them in different compartments and upper berths

- Lack of transparency regarding availability of lower berths

- Logo color of the application needs to be changed

- Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai local trains should be added as a separate option in the application

- Weather reports should be added while checking the status of the train

- Confusing drop-downs for selecting month and year for debit card payment

- Basic testing of payment process needs to be done before release, as some s did not receive OTPs

I am very sorry to write this review. The experience of booking & cancellation is good. But what I don’t understand is while 3 senior citizens have booked together you put them in different compartments and that too in upper births. Just inhuman attitude. While the preference is given for lower birth and it’s not available you should say that before confirmation. We would have booked for an alternate train. Kishore

Very Nice Application Please Change Logo Colour of Application And Add Mumbai ,Kolkatta,Chennai Local Trains Seperate option in application add weather reports while train running on particular route while we check for status of train and change Blue Colour To yellow and change application inside tab clouds also
The worst app experience ever

The drop downs for selecting month and year for a debit card payment are really crazy. If you select January the month will be 12. You have to select the next month for the required months number and next year for the required year. How can they not even do a basic testing of payment process. Also, I have tried 2 different cards and didn’t get any OTP. They really have to fix this ASAP and do some basic testing before release

Given the complexity of using the IRCTC website, I wasn't expecting a good experience with the mobile app. But it's a great mobile experience -- easy to look up your train schedule and check your PNR status. It even loaded my tickets onto my Apple Wallet. Great job!
