The built-in customer service doesn’t work. I have emailed you to modify my - no answer! I have even uninstalled the app and you keep charging me. I have questions but I get no service. So all you want to do is get my money? I have unsubscribed through iTunes and you keep charging me! I have rewritten you the email with this app in the subject line asking you to stop billing me - that I am unsubscribed, uninstalled the App and Yet you keep billing me. Stop billing me and refund my 3 extra billings.

The app, after buying a lot of credits , is sluggish an messaging very unreliable. When I open it, even if I keep it open, there is a long pause and it frequently times out. Messages frequently don’t come through or send. Horrible app
