Important Setup Read First

Changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars after figuring out how to properly set this up. In order to enable the app, you have to go to the BD site page (not myphone) and go to the ‘sharing’ tab. Then select the line you want to enable mobile connect on. MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE BOX THAT SAYS MOBILECONNECT. It is not the default. If that then logs into the app it will work. Verizon could spell this out more clearly so I didn’t have to call customer service to figure this out but it does work once you do this.
Not intuitive but works

Had a similar problem to everyone else. The app wasn’t doing what it was suppose to. I ended up getting ahold of tech and they helped me through the process, and found the solution. It is a matter of going into the settings online for your the app and checking a box. The app works great when you get it all set up. Wish it was a little more intuitive to set up but give them a call!
Waste of time

I thought that this would be a great app to have in my shop to use my mobile phone as my the app line while on the shop floor. It does not work at all I do not understand why Verizon has put such a useless app out and market it like it is something good. It was not worth the 5 min spent on trying to get it to work as intended.
Complete fail

This is a complete fail. Installed but couldn’t call as the the app number. It showed up as my cell phone number. Tried to uninstall and reinstall in order to set up proper feature but the second time round it won’t let me any more. What waste of effort.
