Can’t print anymore!!

I was able to print just fine the first few weeks then it suddenly would not allow me to print anything anymore. My husband is the only one that can print stuff. I deleted the app and reed I’m hopes it was a glitch or something and after authenticating and doing all the steps I can am unable to print pics off the internet. The whole point of us getting the printer was so my kids and I could color throughout the day. Such a bummer!!
Tried and failed

Tried to connect my this app HL –2170W. It asked for local network access and I gave it. When it tried to scan for the printer that is on the same network, it gave up and couldn’t find it. I then manually enter the IP address which I had just verified by going to it and ing that the printer was there and it is. I put in the manual IP address and it still couldn’t find it. This app is getting deleted immediately.
Setup is not easy.

Setup was not easy. Even with the set up assistant app, which I found just as confusing as the written instructions. It took me 4 days of trying to figure things out. Let’s just hope that the quality of my copies and pictures will make up for all my frustrations.
