What is MyTIM? MyTIM app allows you to manage your prepaid mobile lines and fixed lines. You can access the app using your MyTIM with your email address as the name. You can also create an associated with a fixed line by connecting to the TIM FIBRA or ADSL network through Wi-Fi. The app allows you to manage your preferred payment methods, receive assistance from an operator via chat or WeTIM community, track your orders, and purchase TIM offers and products. For mobile lines, you can view your remaining credit, check your tariff plan, monitor the progress of your offers, manage active services, recharge online, and view credit movements. For fixed lines, you can consult offers and active services, view invoices, and pay invoices, and set up direct debit payments.
