Unreliable for security purposes

After purchasing an expensive HD security camera system, this Superlive Pro app was ed on our iPhones and iPads to access our security system. To say we are unhappy is an understatement because we made it clear that we needed to access our system from both iPhones and iPads. This app barely works on an iPhone. This app now barely loads, it times out, takes forever to load the cameras, takes more time for HD resolution to load, there is no real time streaming video, no "live" cameras, the screens freeze and change every 3-15 seconds, there is a lag in the cameras, and even the time is wrong. This app does NOT work on iPads. They expect you to use the "formatted for iPhone" version on your iPad which means you are viewing a stretched out version with bad distorted resolution. Where is the for this app? It's hard to believe that we spent our hard earned money on a quality HD CCTV security camera system only to be told this superlive Pro app was our only way to remotely access our cameras... wa wa wa... what a let down. Having to rely on this app makes our CCTV security system useless. This is H O R R I B L E...!
Doesn’t work on iPhone X iOS 11.1

This app had been working great for me for a long time. Out of all the dozens of similar apps I’ve tried this was the only one that allowed me to adjust my camera system’s settings remotely through the app. I also liked how the video controls only took up a small portion of the screen so the camera videos could be seen larger and clearer all at the same time. Unfortunately with the latest iOS 11.1 the app no longer opens. It crashes as soon as you open it. Hopefully this app will be updated soon as I use it a lot.

If your camera security company says to use this app to view your camera footage - don’t do it. It WILL NOT work on your iPhone! If this app is the only way they said you could view your cameras, pick another camera, or pick another company. The security companies must have heard by now it doesn’t work - so they are selling you something they know is useless. Unless the app developer updates the app - it will never work. And since it has been many months, I seriously doubt the app developer will fix it now. And since Apple must know it doesn’t work on their products, shame on them for allowing it to stay in the App Store. I blame all three - security companies, app developer and Apple’s App Store. But consumer beware - it doesn’t work, and none of the three of them care. Just don’t buy it!

Over the years, I have used this app a lot. On my computer, it doesn’t use chrome or edge; they won’t work! I must look on Microsoft search and bring up Internet Explorer to set up and see the videos. On my phone, I have used Bing. But, overall the system is fine. I have only had a few instances lately that were network related. I wish the company would post when they are updating.
