Push Notification no longer works

Used to be a great app. However, with the new build and a phone reboot, Push notification no longer works on my phone, and more importantly, on my watch. **** - Update. Upgrading this to 4 stars from 1 star. Shorty after I submitted my original review, the developer ed me in order to troubleshoot the problem with the app. After trying several solutions, nothing worked. However, recently, it just started working again. Thank you for reaching out to fix this problem.
App Could be Improved

My company makes me use this app to to practically everything. It would be nice if when you tapped on the notification while your phone is unlocked that it took you directly to the approval page of the App, instead of the home screen of the App. Either that, or the buttons need to be moved so the “Add ” Button isn’t in the same spot as the “Yes” and “No” buttons are on the approval page. I’m constantly hitting the “Add ” button when I intend to hit “Yes” because it opens the main page first. Drives me nuts!
Most terrible app I ever used

After resetting and restoring my iPhone, I found the app becomes totally useless. It asks you to scan the barcode which you will never get since you need the push verification before getting barcode. It is a dead loop!!! This kind of workflow shows how inconsiderable the app designers are and I will strongly suggest my company to withdraw the deal with the app. Image you cannot receive an important email outside the company network due to the mistake from the third party app. Everyone who sees my comment please suggests your company to end the business with the app because the app itself hurts business.
Great concept, but...

I love that my company is integrating two-factor authentication on our s, but the fact that I had to install, uninstall, and reinstall this app for a twenty minute period to get the registration link to function with the app was an extreme annoyance. If the app’s registration links actually functioned with the app once the app has been ed - the first time - it’d be a lot easier to handle. Push notifications also don’t always allow access as they are intended to. Maybe this needed some extra time in beta.
