App does not work

I am having problem just to add my router to this app. It is not mathematic, i cant seem to add router to this aicloud app. I believe you should remove your app from the app store if it does not working and don't waste my time and yours. I think i will shop for better router and interface layout its time for a change. I believe what ever we make no mater how simple it is, make it work. Make in a way that it just work whatever it was made for. Just to add my router going through thr auto wizard, come on simplicity we need not hardship its 2019. App should put -0 start ratings
Works Great, UI & Setup a Bit Hard...

I have the app setup and working on my connected USB storage. It took a bit of work and Google searches but I got it working. Not very straight forward, but once I got it working it’s nice to have. You will need an app like VLC player to watch videos that are not native to iOS but vlc works great and free. I have my iTunes folder on the drive and now I can get to everything I want.
Hard to setup

I spent hours trying to figure out how to set up this application and then trying to correct problems encountered while trying to use it. It probably works OK (I did get it to work sort-of), but it was NOT worth it to me. Documentation and procedures are sorely lacking. Recommend you get a techno geek to help you with this and you’ll by hours and hours of frustration and life shortening stress. By the way, I finally dumped this app and switched to OneDrive. It was easier to set up, but still no walk in the park.
