Install Alertus app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the s folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Alertus"
The search will reveal the Alertus app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Alertus is ed inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Alertus.
Now enjoy Alertus on PC.

If your phone is low on space, then IOS will clear the app cache for this app +. This disassociates your phone from the institution/campus and you will not receive any notification in the event of a real emergency. This disassociation comes without warning. Of course, you can always re associate, but once you find out you were disassociated, it might be too late. This is dangerous!
