Sound isn’t working right in IPADS after Ipad OS 13 update

I have used this app since it was Reco LIVE 9 years ago or more.. I love the app like I love my momma.. I love my momma a lot. Anyway.. I updated to the latest update and the sound cuts out when I am using Twitch, and on Periscope as well.. This is a problem. Also, The sound bar green light indicates the sound is working and I can hear it too.. Only the viewers hear nothing.. , they hear it at first for maybe the 1st 30 seconds.. sometimes up to 5 mins.. but then it cuts out. Not sure why this happens.. I can see and hear the sound the whole while. When I play it back, the video doesn’t have the sound either where it cut out. Please fix this.. Also, it appears this is not happening in the IPHONE version of the app.. So far anyway.. I am using the latest update IOS 13.1.3 and a few days ago was using the latest before that. Using the Iphone 11 pro as well..

this app Studio is a fantastic live-streaming app for networked iOS devices. My one quibble is that, for $300 per year, I would greatly appreciate the flexibility to add a DSLR or camcorder to the mix using the RecoLive software on my Mac. As far as I can tell, this app does not recognize some, or perhaps any, video sources running into a Mac - for example, a camcorder connected to the Mac with a Blackmagic Shuttle or Mini Recorder. I think that the $300 annual subscription price is fair, given the functions, ease of use and that you get with this app Studio, yet I can’t help feeling as if enabling non-iOS devices connected to the same network wouldn’t add enormous value to this app and its capabilities.

So on this past week I used your app for a huge conference. I instantly fell in love with with all the features and the idea of “switching”. I am not a videographer or photographer but my team and I were able to use this is no time. Out of no where the system would crash. In the beginning, we believed it to be the internet server that we used but it wasn’t. We had people to pay for the online version for the conference and they were not able to receive what they paid for. The moment we disconnected for. Switched and went directly to Facebook live, we did not have any issues. We desire to pay for the service but we do not want to pay $300 a year for an app when it isn’t reliable. Why does the system shut down and not connect the way that it should?!? Does it disconnect because we are in the trial period?!
Good Design Need Improve

We testing it with 4 iphone and it run smoothly for about 12 minutes live on facebook with standard quality (not even HD quality) then one of the camera frozen which was used on the this app as handheld camera to move around (not remote camera). I guess the app have bug or the phone cant handle both (camera and this app at the same time). I saw people use it without a problem and I used the IphoneX as a this app since IphoneX is the newest and the most powerful iphone. I love all others thing this app give us. Its awasome. I hope they design more lower thirds and animated backgrounds and the feature I can add background music too.
