Install GIF Toaster - GIF Maker app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the s folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using GIF Toaster on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "GIF Toaster"
- The search will reveal the GIF Toaster - GIF Maker app icon. Open, then click "Install".

Best gif app, could use even more controls

This is definitely the best the app app available currently (trust me I’ve tried them all). I use an iPad Pro to make gifs, so can’t use photoshop and this app has been great. A few improvements would make it perfect, though. I’d love to have a way to adjust the image manually, i.e. brightness, contrast, saturation, etc., instead of just the filters. It would also be great to be able to manually set the the app size for saving. I’m constantly having to test out each image size to see how large the file will be. It would be great if you could enter it in manually, or at least get a preview of how big it will be before you convert it. And it would be great to be able to save a preset or a default, so it would import each video with your saved settings. Just a few suggestion, again this is a great app and definitely worth the pro!

This app is easy to use and I created my first the app in just minutes. Its easy to text message the the app to others and ing to Twitter is simple. I wish Facebook allowed gifs to be ed but I hear Instagram will soon allow it so hopefully Facebook isn’t far behind.

I've tried almost 20 different apps for turning photos into gifs, so far this is the only one the works. I can send the the app to my friends or copy for later. I'm currently considering buying the pro version. If you're looking for an app that works, here you go!

really love this app and glad to see it’s getting a lot of and UI improvements. feature request: start the app on the last used conversion type (for example, “Live Photo -> the app”).
