Appalling service

For the 9-10th time or maybe more l, i order a ride and when the captain get to know where is the destination upon asking me on the phone, knowing that I set my drop off point he immediately say “ I am on the way “. Then 15 or 10 minutes later when I try to call, the phone is dead. I only assume that lots of captains got punished for this, as there is a new way is being followed, which is... The car is broken down, no water, no gas, he will come up with any excuse not to go for your destination. Most of the captains are abs by nature, like I want to work in this area only, then why the hell would you accept my request in the 1st place. I really, do not recommend any of you to use this awful service. As you will simply waste roughly half of your life waiting for a freaking captain to pick you up and drop you off. app, for this service I am gladly saying... Bagger off

Worst customer service ever

This app is ridiculously deducting more than the expected fare, have had to call customer service after each ride to refund the extra amount, this is after customer service representative approves if he or she doesn’t approve they simply tell you sorry this amount wasn’t deducted from your visa! When I check both my app ride history & bank i find that the extra amount has been deducted! Which makes sense that the customer service representative tells their respective loyal customers “you’re lying & you don’t have the right to request your money back”. Moreover when i checked my bank found out that this app deducted more money than the amount that appears on my ride history receipt!! I will never use such app again

Complaint

One hour ago I received a msg mentioning that the more I cancel rides the hardest i could find a cap easily or with less waiting time , so what you never knew is captains approve requests even if they are very far from my location and the ask me to cancel as they are heading to the other way from my location so i have to cancel , beside that i faced before that a captain said that he arrived and i kept calling him for more than 15 mins and his phone was off and I didn’t even get a call back in return or even a msg so i got charged for canceling the order although it was the captain’s fault, so the company should take some actions towards the captains or else stop sending stupid messages to clients ...

Worst service - Not Recommended

This app is a mess. All they are seeking is to collect money and provide Worst service in return. They are non professional at all and they don’t give even a channel for customers to them back and complaint for anything. Customers are only allowed to them by phone ONLY in case you have an advanced booked ride or shortly after you finish you ride - 10 mins only after finishing your ride you’re allowed to call...if you miss the 10 mins you have to send your request on their app as a msg - which is ridiculous. Even their fare is almost 45% higher than Uber...Totally not recommended if there is a big Zero star definitely i would have gave it to you Guys with all pleasure!!!
